NHL to employ concussion spotters at eve
With head injuriesbecoming a growing concern, the NHL is making changesto its concu sion protocol.

The NFL is beginning its fourth season of using independent spotters. For the first time, the spotters will have the authority to stopagame if a player exhibits noticeable concu sion symptoms.
