The Sharks have gone all out to keep Erik Karl sonin San Jose.

The team on Monday announced it hasre-signed the veteran to an eight-year contract.

“We are extremely pleased that Erik and his wife Melinda have committed to the San Jose Sharks Vincent Rey Jersey and that they have done so prior to July 1,” general manager Doug Wilson said in a release. “Players with Erik’s elite level of talent are rare and when they become available, it’s important to be aggre sive in pursuing them.

“He is a difference maker who consistently makes the players around him better. We are pleased that he John Ross Jersey has been proactive in addre sing his injury from last season and are looking forward to him being part of our organization for a long time to come.”

Karl son, meanwhile, expre sed his happine s with the new deal: “I’m proud Nick Vigil Jersey to call myself a Shark for the next eight years. It feels really good all the way to my bones.”
