Blackhawks prospect Garret Ro s is facing charges under Illinois’ new Cam Akers Jersey revenge-porn law.

The 23-year-old forward is accused of distributing a sexual image without that person’s consent, which is also cla sified as revenge porn, according to police reports obtained by Rockford, Ill., television stationWREX. The charge is a Cla s 4 felony and is punishableby one to three years of prison time. Revenge porn became illegal in Illinois in June 2015.

According to the policereports(Warning: Content is graphic in nature Connor Barwin Jersey ), the woman involved told police Ro s took a video she had privately sent to one of his teammates, with whom she had previous relations. Ro s, a fifth-round pick by the Blackhawks in the 2012 NHL Draft, has played in 59 games with the team’s minor league affiliate in Rockfordthis season. He was scratched from the lineup over John Kelly Jersey the weekend after news of the charges broke.

He is scheduled for astatus hearing on March 28 and a preliminary hearing on April 22.
